It´s been a while since i played a decent puzzle game on my Android phone. But today i had the pleasure to try Ilumbo´s F2P puzzle game "Pop! Ilumbo". And i sure don´t regret doing so. Especially not due the fact that Pop! Ilumbo uses Ilumbo’s WarpHole technology.
And that enables the possibility to borrow art from other games that´s installed on your Android device (and that´s a really cool feature imo). So if you´re into puzzle games and just happens to own a Android tablet or smartphone.
Then you might wanna give Pop! Ilumbo a go!
About Pop! Ilumbo:
Puzzle goodness that is enjoyable by all and leaves an eye-candy reward for every solution. Delicious and unforgettable. It’s as if we included that special ingredient we stole from your grandma. Fully WarpHole-powered. This technology brings your other games to life inside Pop! Ilumbo. Discover the art hidden in the data space of your device. Beware: upsetting your device’s hardware may affect Pop! Ilumbo.
I have to say that i really like the design of Sonys Sony Xperia Z3.
There´s a lot of competition on the smart phone market nowadays. More than ever before actually. Apple may have been the top cat of the market for several years now.
But times have (and the circumstances) changed. Samsung has started to take market shares from Apple, and China wants a piece of the pie as well (Google "Xiaomi", because they are the worlds third biggest smartphone manufacturer now).
So i really like that Xperia Z3 supports "PS4 Remote Play", and that it´s a really powerful smart phone (you can play the most advanced mobile games on the market with no sweat!). Awesome indeed.
But what does the Xperia Z3 costs then? About £549 for a unlock phone (Tre sells the unlocked version of Xperia Z3 for 6,000 Swedish krona).
That's A pretty good price considering what you get for that money (check out the Xperia Z3 features list down below!). Besides, it´s about time that i get a new smartphone. Because i´m still using a old iPhone 4.
But what about you guys? What do you think about

I know that not everyone may like COD as a whole. And i can admit that i´m not the biggest of fans of COD either. But i have to admit that Sledge Hammer Games has done a really great job with COD Advanced Warfare.
And the reviews have been rather good as well. For example, the Xbox One game got a average grade of 85.07%. And the PS4 version has a average grade of 84.64% via Gamerankings.com
So that´s not all bad. And the Advanced Warfare companion app is pretty bad ass imo (it´s all free too). But what do you guys think about COD Advanced Warfare and the companion app so far?

Earlier today i wrote about Frédérick Raynal´s (and Gloomy Wood´s) upcoming 2.5D survival horror game "2Dark". Well, guess what? When i visited the 2.5D homepage i found out that there´s a mobile port (made by DotEmu) of Little Big Adventure for iOS and Android.
In fact, it was released way back in March this year. So i honestly have no idea why i haven't heard about this before? Oh well, better late than never i guess. Anyhow, you can buy the mobile version of LBA1 for $5. And "hopefully", there will be a mobile port of Little Big Adventure 2 as well.
About Little Big Adventure for mobile:
Originally released on PC in 1994, Little Big Adventure (also known as 'Relentless: Twinsen's Adventure') is an action-adventure RPG designed by Frédérick Raynal. 20 years later, a new version of this entertaining video game hit is being released, specially adapted for mobile phones.
You play as Twinsen, a young hero living on Citadel Island on a world under the heel of the dictator Dr. FunFrock. You’ve been having strange dreams in which your planet is about to be destroyed. These dreams don’t make Dr. FunFrock particularly happy, and he locks you away in an insane asylum. As Twinsen, you’ll need to escape from your cell and discover your incredible destiny as a descendant of a long line of magicians in charge of protecting your planet’s secret!
Return to the original world of Twinsen or discover it for the first time with the touchscreen version, which incorporates brand new features:
- New gameplay adapted to ' touch' mode, adjustable throwing and jumping distance (visible trajectory), simplified sections, etc…
- Streamlined, easy-to-use interface
- Tutorials at the start of the game
- Dynamic ON/OFF hint system
- Zoom feature to provide an overview of the scenes
- Automatic save system, with return to the last checkpoint when you lose a life
- 5 languages available: English, French, German, (voices and text) - Italian and Spanish (text only, voices in English).
- Over 15 hours of gameplay
- A rich and varied blend of platform, combat and puzzle gaming
- An entire planet with dozens of different locations to discover
Funny enough, quite a few of our fans have asked us to record more horror gameplay videos just recently. Well, guess what? Just the other day we were contacted by One Aperture (the makers of "Motte Island" and "5%").
And they just happen to be the creators of the iOS horror game "5%" (which you can buy via the App store for $1). So i´m going to give 5% a try on my iPad asap! Because i can´t say that i´ve seen (or played) that many mobile horror games of this kind before.
From the publisher of successful desktop game Motte Island, One Aperture presents 5%. It is a first-person gyroscopic game for IOS devices. You are equipped only with your phone. No zombie slaying and no shooting. You only need to get out on time with the remaining battery you have. Play with the volume up and be ready to run for safety! Due to heavy graphic rendering, 5% only supports iPhone 4 model and up.
Normally i don´t play that much RPG games on my iPhone or iPad. Mainly because i haven't been that impressed by the RPG games on the market. At least not until now. Because i gave Gumi inc´s classic styled F2P RPG game "Brave Frontier" (for iOS and Android) a chance today.
And let´s just say that i know understand why over 5 million people play Brave Frontier. And i honestly never thought that a F2P RPG game could be this darn good. But don´t take my word for it. Just give it a try yourselves!
