There will be a Sonic the Hedgehog movie

Sonic, soon on at cinema near you!

So, it toke somewhat 23 years to finally make a live action/CG animation of Sonic the Hedgehog. But hey, at least it´s finally happening, right? So, who will be involved in this "Sonic movie" then? Well, Evan Susser and Van Robichaux will do the script for the movie (never heard of before). While Takeshi Ito, Mie Onishi and Neal Moritz from Marza Animation Planet will produce the Sonic movie.

Me, i don´t know if i should be excited or sceptical about the whole thing. But Hannah Minghella from Columbia Pictures are way more optimistic about the Sonic movie:

"There are limitless stories to tell with a character like Sonic

Same thing can be said about Masanao Maeda, which said the following:

"Sonic has had dozens of adventures on the console and the small screen, and we're thrilled that he's now coming to the big screen. Sony Pictures has had great success with hybrid animated and live-action features, and we're confident that this collaboration will bring a fresh take to Sonic, while still capturing everything that the fans love about him."

And yes, ALL the famous characters from Sonic the Hedgehog will be featured in the movie. Such as  Dr. Eggman for example.
