I couldn't believe my eyes when i saw what Gabe Newell been saying to the Washington post. For starter he said "Half-Life 3 isn't a real priority". And that part made me both angry and sad.
Cuz i (like everyone else) have been waiting over 6 years for sequel to HL2 EP2. And since 2007, Valve have teased us (the Half-Life fans) with concept pictures and smal hints here and there. What was the meaning behind all that really? Did Valve and Gaben only do that to troll us?
Im starting to think so...That´s also why i decided to talk about Half-Life 3 in this video. So, please enjoy people =) And don´t forget to comment and subscribe! ;)
Yep, that's what i would have done in a situation like that.
It´s not every day that i get the great pleasure of telling a Solid Snake (Metal Gear Solid) joke via Twitter. But today was that day. Cuz when i saw a picture on Twitter (tweeted by @Taydoesbibble), i just couldn´t resist to make a joke about Solid Snake (see the picture above!).
So hopefully you will like it as well =)
It would take me almost 2 years before i decided to watch Gintama for real. Because i havn´t had much time to watch anything really. But now that i get more and more help with our homepage and the Youtube page. I get more freetime to do other things than "just" working my ass off.
Anyhow, i camed up with the idea last night that i should rate each episode of Gintama on the fly (as i watch the show, episode by episode). And when i have watched through a whole season, then i will do a video review of the whole season in question (in this case, season 1).
So i watched the first episode ( You Guys!! Do You Even Have a Gintama?) of Gintama yesterday. And imo, it worked/works really well as a presentation of the show (Gintoki and the gang and so on). But that´s pretty much it (more or less).
But still. That was more than enough to make me a fan of the show, when i saw episode 1 for the very first time. So there you have it. My short review of Gintama ep1. I hope that you liked it, cuz i will keep em coming regularly ;)
It´s a good start of the Gintama series. And for being a pilot episode It´s alright. But it´s not the best, nor the funniest Gintama episode. It works rather well as a taste of things to come though.

Athene thinks that there "might" be a YouTube conspiracy going on in the background.
I just watched Athene´s "Crazy YouTube Conspiracy or Legitimate Concern?" video. And i actually believe that Athene are on to something here. Cuz the more you think about it, the more you realize that there´s something strange going on with Youtube.
And "IF" there´s any truth at all to all the stuff that Athene mentioned in his video. Then Youtube (Google) are in for a really rough ride. Becouse if thats the case. Then Youtube are ripping off people on their hard earned money.
Then it´s no longer "just" a Youtube issue. No, cuz then it's a legal issue. And IF Athene will be able to prove all his theories and beliefs about Youtube (Views and statics). Then Athene will become something of a rather big fly in Googles big soup tureen called Youtube.
I know a hit song and a hit album when i hear it. And Adapted Records "Up and Comers" (you can buy the album via Bandcamp), are full of hit songs. In fact, it contains some of the very best beats and hip hop grooves that i have heard in a very long time.
Just take the songs "Open Up" (Schwarr Feat. DJ Lickweed) and "Oxylice" (Haunted) for example. If those songs don´t give you any kicks. Then you have to be dead. Cuz even a deaf person could feel those awesome vibrations.
So if you wanna listen to some really epic hip hop/electronic music. Then buy the Up and Corners album asap!
Will Warframe become a huge success on PC as well?
Im quite curious about Digital Extremes third-person shooter Warframe (for PC and PS4). Cuz even though Warframe is a free-to-play game. It´s way more advanced than anything else that i´ve have seen in the same genre before.
So i might just give Warframe a try when the open beta starts for PC in MArch (the 25th of March). Anyhow, please enjoy the Cicero Crisis trailer people =)

I honstly have no idea (whatsoever) how Gearbox Software could fail so fu**ing hard with Aliens colonial marines. It´s like THE worst Alien game in history. In fact, it was so damn bad. That Gearbox had to cancel the Wii-U version.
Me, i really looked forward to play Aliens colonial marines. Cuz i thought that the game would be awesome on release.I couldn't have been more wrong. Because ACM are so bad that people (the fans, the video game media and industry )just try to pretend that the damn thing never happened.
That´s also why i made a joke about Aliens colonial marines on Twitter earlier today. When i saw a picture of a Alien with a vacuum cleaner in a video game store (Game?). It basicly went down like this. @gamesyouloved asked the following thing on Twitter:
"Wonder what he's thinking?!"
Which i answered like this:
That "someone" had to clean up after the "Aliens Colonial Marines" disaster..."

I have seen quite a few really expensive and rare video game items on Ebay in the past. But this pretty much beats everything i ever seen (and heard) of before. Some of you may know of the all so famous and wanted Nintendo World Championship Nes cartridge (it´s super rare and expensive as hell).
Well, guess three times which game that have popped up on Ebay just now? You got it, Nintendo World Championship! There´s just one "small" problem. If you wanna bid (and win) the auction. You have to be ready to pay over 100,000 dollars for it.
So i have to pass this time im afraid. Cuz it´s a "little" bit to much for me ;)
Millennium ep 1-5 offers 15-20 hours of gameplay each. And each episode will cost 5 bucks. Sounds like a good deal imo!
I just found something rather interesting and cool on Steam Greenlight. Im talking about Aldorlea Games RPG series "Millennium". When i saw the trailer, Millennium made me think about the old school Jrpg games from the 90s (the good ol´days).
And from what i've have heard. Aldorlea Games hope to release ep 1-5 of Millennium via Steam (1 episode = 5 bucks). So i really hope that the Millennium series will get thumbs up on Steam Greenlight =)
"Aldorlea Games would like to introduce to Steam users a completed RPG series of 5 episodes all making a full story. Players can export their savefile from one game to the other. Our suggested price would be $5 per episode (worth about 15-20h of gameplay each)."
A FREE demo of each game in the series is available at:
Help and hints can be found at:
Peter McConnell did a really, really great job with the Broken Age soundtrack imo.
Part 1 of Double Fine´s adventure game "Broken Age" are now finally out on the market (for everyone to enjoy). But that´s not all my dear Gamer friends. Nope, cuz Peter McConnell´s awesome Broken Age soundtrack has just been released as well!
So you can now buy the soundtrack for 8 bucks via Bandcamp =) Me, im going to buy both the game and the OST asap!
Something tells me that Half-Life 3 won´t be released anytime soon...
Im sad to say that i don´t have any good news to tell you guys about Half-Life 3. Actually, i just have bad news to tell you all at this moment. Cuz apparently Gabe Newell told the Washington post that "Half-Life 3 isn't a real priority".
Those words feelt like a dagger through my heart really. I mean, how can Gaben turn his back on the Half-Life fans like this? Why all this teasing and hints about a HL3? (concept art pictures). Was that just for the fun of trolling us?
Im starting to wonder if that´s not the case here. One thing is for sure though. Valve will focus on pretty much anything, but Half-Life 3. For example, some days ago a Source 2.0 engine picture of Left 4 Dead 3 leaked out on the internet.
So im starting to realize that even IF Half-Life 3 actually get´s a release date and all that. HL3 won´t be released anytime soon. But at the same time. I don´t understand why Valve and Gaben acts like this? To me, it makes no sense at all.
The perfect time to release Half-Life 3 would be now. Black Mesa made the brand popular again, and the PS4 and Xbox One are out. So i find it very unlogic to put the development of HL3 on ice even longer.
But what do you boys and girls think? Will HL3 ever happen? If so, WHEN will it happen?
Nothing's what it seems like.
Earlier today i received a mail from the Dutch indie company "Speelbaars". Cuz they have been working on other games then "just" Lumini. As it turns out, Speelbaars made a quite uniq game called "Obscura" in just 48 hours, during the Global Game jam 2014 event.
So, what kind of game are Obscura? Well, it´s a puzzle game where you solve puzzles with the help of your fantasy. And i have to say that i liked the trailer. So i might just give it a chance =)
"An accident happened, resulting in a casualty. As a reporter, you want nothing more than to report this story to your boss and cash your paycheck, but... what exactly happened? What caused the accident, if it even WAS an accident...? Armed with your camera, you maneuver around the scene, looking for hints that will solve the mystery... and give you a great headline! Take photos, publish the newspaper on Twitter and watch as the public responds to your brilliant piece of journalism. Be warned though; if your facts don't add up, someone might catch you on a lie!"
It toke us a while to make a channel trailer for our Youtube account. But now it´s done and made. It may not be a epic 1 million dollar kind of trailer. But it´s a start at least (we will make a better one in the future). So, please enjoy boys and girls =)
And feel free to write what you think about the video.
"We (The Gaming Ground) are a gang of geeks, gamers, anime, movie and music lovers from Sweden. And we are all about entertainment, our goal has always been to entertain people.
So we do everything from video game reviews (PS3, 360, PC, mobile, Nintendo, retro, Sega, handheld, you name It!) interviews, previews, hands-on, give aways too a wide variety of videos and articles. So we work really, really hard to entertain all you boys and girls out there. And our background story are as follows.
I (V-Act) created a small video game blog back In early 2009. But over time, allot of things changed. The blog was growing, and as the years went by. We (TGG) started to realize that we had to take the whole thing to another level.
Cus we wanted to keep on evolving. So at the very start of 2012 (2012-01-01 to be exact), we launched www.thegamingground.com . And back in 2010, we launched our Youtube channel. We didn't upload our very first video before 2011-08-11 though.
But now days we upload a new video very day (7 days a week). So welcome to our show boys and girls =) "
What shall be on the cover of the Video games live level 3 album?
I just received a rather interesting mail from the Video games live crew. Cuz it seems like the VGL team are not quite sure about the VGL Level 3 album cover. That´s also why they ask us (the fans) to help them out with some suggestions for a awesome cover.
So feel free to speak up your minds about the Level 3 album on VGL´s Facebook page! Me, i would love to see a Chrono Trigger or Metroid cover.

The 360/Xbox version will be released on the 20th of February. The PC version however, won´t be released before the spring.
It´s almost showtime for PopCap and their new game Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare. In fact, the game are just one month away now (the 360/Xbox One version). That´s also why PopCap have released their pre-order trailer for Garden Warfare.
And i have to say that the game looks pretty darn sweet. Imo, Garden Warfare feels like a mix of PVZ and Team Fortress. But i´ll have to wait for the PC release im afraid. Cuz i don´t own a Xbox One or 360 at this time.
About Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare:
"Plants vs. Zombies™ Garden Warfare digs into the trenches with an explosive new Co-op and Multiplayer action experience. Blast zombies and plants across a mine-blowing world that delivers the depth of a traditional online shooter blended with the refreshing humor of Plants vs. Zombies."
Pulse are that kind of album that makes you happy, cuz all the songs sends out very positive vibes. But the biggest star (imo), are of course the awesome guitar licks and rifs. So if you like the Pulse album, then please support Aye by buying it!
And don´t forget to check out his other albums as well =)

Thanks to a very nice madam called Mariko. We just heard about the awesome Canadian Kickstarter game Cashtronauts (it´s made by Simon Préfontaine). Cuz Cashtronauts just happens to be a really nice mix of both space action, and some really nice retro arcade vibes on top of that.
So i really hope that Cashtronauts will reach it´s $10,000 goalline within 29 days from today. And btw, don´t forget to check out the Kickstarter video. Cuz it´s really awesome =)
"Cashtronauts is a fast-paced, retro arcade-style game for 1 to 4 players created by Pixels and Poutine, a collection of veteran devs from Montréal. Each player can choose their own play style; will you focus on mining, pirate hunting or just pillaging and looting your fellow players?"
Yes, you guessed It. Im a HUGE The Legend of Zelda fan. Me, I have been a fan of the series since the very first NES game came out In Europe In the late 80s. Zelda was actually my very first NES game. And I swear, It blowed me away.
Cuz both me and my friends loved adventures (we played a lot of Dungeons and Dragons back then). So when I got my hands on the Zelda game, It was like you had the ability to enter a whole nother world In your very own livingroom.
And I never lost intresst In the Zelda series either. I own most of them, and I play both the old (and the new) games every now and then.So you might guess how freaking excited I became, when I saw the Zelda triforce lamp earlier today.
Cuz I really want that lamp sooo bad! So hopefully, I will get one asap! And Im quite sure that every other Zelda fan out there, would love to have one too ;)
About the Zelda triforce lamp:
"It's dangerous to go alone! Take... Who am I kidding, we all know you aren't going anywhere... but either way, stop worrying about your Deku Stick burning out, since now you can just use the great Triforce of wisdom, courage, and power to light your all-night gaming sessions!
The Triforce lamp has the crest of the Royal Family of Hyrule on its sides, as well as some yellow Rupees, which project their shapes onto the walls and surrounding objects, making for a pretty awesome effect.
The lamp is made out of acrylic, and is made to order, so please allow time for it to be put together just for you. Please view the Shipping tab to see current shipment times."
Yep, Abraham Lincoln are back in biz again!
I can´t really say that i have played that many video games that stars Abraham Lincoln himself. But in Rocket City Studios action/multi-player/Co-op game "Second Chance Heroes". You actually get the chance to play as Abraham Lincoln (to name a few famous people).
I have to say that the trailer looked pretty awesome. So im going to support the game on Steam Greenlight =)
About Second Chance Heroes:
"Second Chance Heroes is a cooperative arcade action game that takes place in a world overrun by apocalyptic disasters! Made weak by over-exposure to kitten videos, reality TV and ironic photos of bacon, the citizens of the modern world are entirely unprepared when the end of the world arrives!
Unable to save ourselves from evil robots, nuclear missiles, sentient fast food, alien invasions and hordes of the undead, our only hope lies in the past. Put together a dream team of cloned heroes drawn from throughout human history and use them to push back the apocalyptic tide! Or don't and just let the zombie chickens eat your face."
The Gaming Ground
I would love to own both =)
I don´t know about you guys (and girls). But i have always liked pixel art. And that's probably because i grew up playing a lot of NES games back in the days. But who can blame me for that really? Some of the very best games ever created, was released to the NES.
So when i found out about the Gothelf Bros pixel art earlier today. It made me smile inside and out. Let´s just say that my Gamer heart enjoyed their creations. So if you like pixel art as well. Then don´t miss out on Gothelf Bros awesome pixelated creations!
About Gothelf Bros Studios:
"We're two brothers in the pursuit of pixels, from original designs to nostalgic favorites. We put that extra special something into pop-culture via pixels and other types of methods. From digital art to painted canvas to 3D pixel sculptures. There is no limit to our work. We take on every single request and go beyond."
Flexstyle did a great job with the soundtrack imo.
Once again it´s a epic soundtrack that made me fall for a video game. I have said it many times in the past. But the video game soundtracks are VERY important for the gameplay experience. Just take Hotline Miami for example.
I am quite sure that the game wouldn't have become a huge success IF the soundtrack havn´t been so freaking awesome. And it really did a great job on the PR side as well. That´s also how i found out about the neat Steam Greenlight game "Trace Vector" (it´s a Action/puzzle/arcade game for PC, MAC and Linux).
Cuz Flexstyle´s awesome soundtrack (you can buy it via Bandcamp for 6 bucks) made me wanna check out Trace Vector (wish i did).
That´s a very cute Wii-U girl though :3
Before all the Nintendo fanboys goes apeshit. Im just going to point out that i don´t hate Nintendo, hell. I own a NES, Snes, N64, GC and Wii console. I grew up playing NES and Snes. So i got no hate at all towards Nintendo.
But let's be honest. The Wii-U did not exactly turn out the way that we all hoped for. Me, i thought that the Wii-U would be as powerfull as the PS4 and Xbox One (they had other names back then) when i heard about the successor to the Wii (Wii-U).
I was wrong. And the list of misstakes on Nintendos behalf, just goes on and on. That´s also why i feelt like i wanted to speak up my mind about it. Don´t get me wrong, the Wii-U ain´t a bad console.
But it should have been released years ago, if you know what i mean? But even so, me and my brother will Probably buy a Wii-U anyhow in the near future.
Anyhow, please enjoy the video people =) And feel free to speak up about the Wii-U as well!
Kaydon Sentry did a awesome job with his movie imo.
Even though Im a fan of the KOTOR ( Knights of the old republic) series. I had no clue (whatsoever) that there existed a fan made KOTOR movie trilogy. And yet, the maker (Kaydon Sentry) uploaded the first episode last summer.
So I feel like a dumbass at the moment. Im also quite surprised over the fact that episode 1 just have 7K views on Youtube. It deservs way more views imo. So If your a KOTOR fan (or Star Wars fan for that matter), then check out the KOTOR Movie Trilogy asap!
Im probably not the only person that has started to notice all these League of Angels ads that pop up all over the web right now. At first i thought that it was some kind of erotic Playboy fantasy game kind of thing. But no, it´s actually a RPG fantasy browser game.
I have nod idea (whatsoever) if League of Angels are any good though. I just find it kind of disturbing that the whole game seems to focus on half naked women (big boobs and plenty of booty). And when it comes to video games.
If a developer focus a lot on the eye candy department. That´s normally a warning sign. Cuz in 9/10 cases, if the game are really crappy. And the developers use a lot of half naked women to pitch their game to the masses.
Then the game are most likely to be pure utter shit. But hey, i could be wrong. Perhaps League of Angels are a GOTY title? Let´s find out shall we!
About League of Angels:
"Long ago, in the land of Etheria, there was a league. This was not a league of ordinary men, warriors, or craftsmen, but a league of angels! Each angel, reigning over a different part of human life, insured peace and prosperity across the land for thousands of years, in return for humanity’s devotion. Unfortunately, this arrangement was more fragile than people would think.
The forces of darkness, bent on enslaving humanity, and stripping Etheria its natural resources, had risen again. Normally, the angels would rise up, send them back to the shadows, and the people of Etheria would go on, living happy, carefree lives. This time, however, things were different.
The forces of darkness knew something the humans did not, that the angels derived there powers from the Seal of Life, and without this seal, they would be severely weakened. So, this time, they stole the steal, before hatching their plans of death and destruction. Things got so bad; the forces of darkness began hunting the angels, killing them, one by one. Now the angels have turned to the men, they once swore to protect, for help. These heroes of humanity are known simply as “The Brave”, and they have sworn to repay the angels for their years of protection, by leading them into battle, and taking back the Seal of Life."
The game that started it all.
My day couldn't have started any better really. Why? Well, i just found out that DJ Yuzoboy has released two remix collections for Streets of Rage (and part III are on it´s way!). I just listened through part 1, and it sounds really great imo.
So hopefully you guys will enjoy DJ Yuzoboy´s SOR remixes as well =) Me, i just hope that he keeps on making epic remixes for other games as well. I would for example love to see him do a remix for "Zombies ate my neighbours".Cuz that would be freaking awesome!
But what game would you love to see DJ Yuzoboy make a remix for after his done with the SOR series?
A internet troll in action.
Sadly enough, our dear beloved internet just happens to be full of internet trolls. And i'm talking about millions, and millions of internet trolls. They are literally everywhere, and nowhere. And the more famous and successful you become. The more internet trolls will target you (the same thing goes for haters).
But that´s the price that you have to pay to reach to the very top of the food chain. Cuz there's no way to avoid them, but you can sure as hell ignore them (don´t feed them!). And don´t even think about starting a argument war with a internet troll.
Cuz that´s a war that you will never win. Trust me, It´s just a waste of both time and energy (and for some strange reason. Most internet trolls seems to have a lot of time on their hands). Me, i have been called a lot of things. Trolls have even threaten me.
But i'm not going to let them bring me down, or stop me from doing the stuff i love (making videos and writing articles). So how do you handle these foul creatures of the night? Well, i found a really good article about internet trolls (and how you should handle them) at webroot´s homepage. So you could always check that article out for some advice and guidance.
But have any of you guys (and girls) had any really bad internet troll experiences?
Worst fighting game ever?
I honstly had no idea (whatsoever) that there even existed a Rocky game for the PS2 (it was also released for Xbox and Gamecube). The only Rocky game that i remember were the one for Sega Master System. But yep, it´s 100% true.
It was released back in 2002 (so i was told). But even so, i have no memory of the game at all. But it seems like i haven't missed out on anything good really. At least not from what i have seen in James and Mikes Rocky video xD

A lot of things can go wrong in Signs of Life. So you better be a quick learner!
SoL Developers might just have something really cool, uniq and interesting in the making. Im talking about their space action/adventure/RPG/platformer game "Signs of Life". The game made me think of a space version of "Happy Wheels".
But there´s way more stuff to Signs of Life then "just" that. At least that´s the feeling i got from the trailer. That´s also why im really happy to inform you all about the early access via Steam Greenlight. The early access will actually start tomorrow, so keep your eyes open after Signs of Life people!
About Signs of Life:
"Signs of Life is a sci-fi survival sandbox platformer with a combination of procedurally generated and hand-crafted content. You'll explore mysterious locations, Mine blocks for resources, and meet strange (and some familiar) creatures, some of which don't even want to kill you and eat your corpse. Along the way, you'll be able to craft armor, weapons, gadgets and more to assist you in surviving in an inhospitable environment."
Cuz now you can easly see who has commented on your videos (no matter if they have done it via G+ or directly via Youtube). You can find this new comment setting/tool via the "video editing" button, then click on the "venue" (it´s called "Mötesplats" in Swedish).
Then you should see a big red button (that says "new") with the name "comments". Then your good to go! =) Me, i really like this function. Cuz before i had to open up my gmail or G+ inbox, to see our new comments. And It was quite annoying imo.
But thankfully enough, we don´t have to worry about that problem anymore!

I Started a Joke ;) (Faith no more ref).
Now you might wonder what Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus have in common with Resident Evil? Well, last night i noticed a really funny matchup between the two pop stars on Twitter. And i made a really good (imo) Resident Evil joke about the whole thing (see the picture above!).
I was of course refering to Resident Evil: Codename Veronica X and Alfred Ashford. Which is a guy that´s both a transvestite and psychopath, that dresses up like his sister and talks to himself in third person. But obviously no one understood that connection.
Thus no one got the Justin Bieber are Miley Cyrus joke either. Oh well, i had a good laugh at least ;)
The soundtrack are made by virt, Freaky DNA and Norrin Radd.
I think i just bought the best indie retro album of the year (so far). Im talking about the super uber awesome Retro City Rampage soundtrack (it´s yours for 9.99 bucks via Bandcamp). Cuz imo the album sounds like a nice mix of Mega Man, Batman and Double Dragon (to name a few).
Let´s just say that the tunes brings back a lot of familiar memories. So if you like epic chiptune and NES music, then don´t hesitate to buy the Retro City Rampage soundtrack!
This game kicks sooo much ass!
I have to say that Joe X are a rather cool and enjoyable beat-em-up game. It actually made me think about a combo of Metalslug (the looks) and Ninja Gaiden (Intense action + Ninjas).
And you also get the great pleasure to slaughter both dinosaurs and zombies, with a wide range of firearms and deadly hand to hand combat combos.
So trust me people. You don´t wanna miss out on this game! I should also point out that all the money that Joe X recives (collects), will go to the Specter project. So it´s a win, win deal really =)
Miss Lara Croft, then VS now.
Since the very first Tomb Raider game had it´s released back in 1996 (Core Design). A total of 14 Tomb Raider games has been released. And Lara Croft has changed her looks (her female forms and so on) more times than Madonna has.
So it´s actually both interesting and cool to look at all the transformation steeps that Lara Croft has undergone over the years. And thanks to O.J. I got my hands on this really neat transformation picture. So, what do you guys think?
Do you like Lara Crofts looks better now, or do your prefer the old (90s) Lara Croft?
Hip Hop Berserker are Inspired by Samurai Champloo. So hopefully, the game will turn out really, really great!
You can say what you want about the anime Samurai Champloo. But no one can denie the fact that the music are freaking awesome In Samurai Champloo. And the whole thing with combining music, with rhythm and fighting, that´s just bloody brilliant imo.
That´s also why I wanted to write about the upcoming iOS game Hip Hop Berserker (Kyo Itachi has made all the music for the game) Cuz It really feels, and looks like a mobile version of a Samurai Champloo rhythm/action game for iOS (but with It´s own uniq twist of course).
So I really hope that Hip Hop Berserker will become something really neat when It´s released later this year. Time will tell!
About Hip Hop Berserker:
Play the most exciting rhythm/action-adventure game on the App Store. Test your reflexes and rhythm to awesome beats, as you help Saro and Carter on their quest to save Hip Hop from the evil Hu Man Dong.
Ubisoft seems to be one of the few big AAA video game companys In the world, that evolve and try new game concepts and ideas. In short, Ubisoft are not afraid to try something new. And Im really thankfull for that. CuzI'm kind of fed up with COD 15, Sims 32 and so on.
Well, you get the idea. But Valiant hearts (It´s a puzzle/adventure game) are really something "else". First of all, the game takes place under "The great war" (WW1), and It´s also Inspired by letters from the first world war. So that alone makes Valiant hearts a really interesting and uniq game, and just look at theawesome graphics! (UbiArt Framework made all the graphics for the game).
It´s also really nice that Valiant hearts will be released to pretty much every format that exists (PC, PS3, PS4, 360 and Xbox One) some time next year. So I just hope that game will turn out really, really great!
About Valiant hearts - The great war:
"Follow the stories of 5 characters and their faithful canine companion during the Great War from 1914 to 1918 Discover an amazing animated comic book adventure A mix of exploration, action and puzzles,"
I know more than well that Overkill Software´s action game Payday 2 spread quite a lot of controversy last year. But at least the game turned out to be quite good. I also have to say that Simon Viklund did a excellent job on the soundtrack.
This is like the third time i listen to the Payday 2 soundtrack in less than 24 hours. So imo, the soundtrack are easly worth the $5 that it costs via bandcamp!
This might just be out of interest for those whom still plays N64 games. Cuz the Everdrive 64 are a pretty neat gadget so i must say. And i really liked ReviewTechUSA´s review of the Everdrive 64. So i might just buy one in the near future =)

All four albums = Epic win imo.
If there´s one video game composer that I really love and respect, then It´s mr Chris Huelsbeck. I have been a fan of his for many, many years now. Mainly because I love the Turrican series, but also because Chris has made quite a "few" awesome soundtracks throughout the years.
But today, I'm going to only focus on his Turrican Soundtrack Anthology Vol. 1-4 albums (they cost about 10 bucks each). Cuz that´s some of the very best of video game soundtracks. Each album are loaded with one epic song after another.
So yes, I bought all four of them! And so should you, well, at least If you love great music.
Novak (software development) and Tracy Hall (Hardware development) are the makers of the original power glove.
I have just tried the power glove (made by Mattel, PAX. Released In 1989 ) one single time In my life. And that was at a video game event In Sweden In the early 90s. But even back then, I wasn´t that much impressed by the power glove. Cuz It was really clumsy, I also feelt like a dumbass when I used It.
I also thought like this. Why should I buy and use It, when the normal NES controllers are way better? So I didn´t think that much about the power glove after that. Not even the movie "The Wizard", could make me change my opinion about the power glove.
And many, many years later. When I saw AVGN´s the power glove video. I pretty much knew for sure, how fu*ing bad It was and are. But then I heard about the "A power glove documentary" thing, and I had no idea that the power glove had made such an positive impact on the video game industry.
So I guess even though the power glove sucked balls really bad. It still did some good for the Gaming world In the long run, and that´s pretty much what the A power glove documentary are all about. And from what I´ve have heard, The Power of Glove Team are planing to do a Kickstarter campaign for "A power glove documentary".
So keep your eyes and ears open for that one people!
About A power glove documentary:
"IT’S SO BAD. The Power of Glove is a documentary that chronicles the history and legacy of the Power Glove, a 1989 Nintendo controller that promised to forever change the way humankind interacted with technology. Originally released by Mattel, the Power Glove was the first mass-marketed, gesture-based video game controller, and its hype was immense.
Immediately after its release, however, gamers were disappointed by the Power Glove, and critics panned it as a worthless gimmick. Yet unlike many gimmicks and critical failures of the past, the Power Glove has not been simply swept under the rug.
Over two decades after its release, the Power Glove continues to resonate with video gaming and technology fans, becoming the focus of art pieces, songs, videos, hacking projects, and other forms of cultural repurposing. The Power of Glove is the story of how and why the Power Glove lives on."
Andariel are one though son of a bitch!
If you have never played Diablo 2 Median XL before (and on the higher difficulties). Then you probably have no idea how hard Median XL is. Let´s just say that it´s like Diablo 3´s inferno x 10,000.
Cuz even the small enemies can be harder than Diablo himself. So you can´t really feel safe at any point in Median XL, becouse you never really know what you will meet (or how hard/easy the enemie/enemies will be).
So yes, you must be a really skilled Diablo player to take on Median XL. Cuz it would be suicidal for a Diablo noob to play Median XL (im just saying like it is). And if you have watched any of G.O.D´s past Median XL videos, then you would know why.
Well, you get my point. So enough of that stuff. So here´s part 12 of G.O.D´s adventures Diablo 2 Median XL!
What do you get if you mix Minecraft with The Settlers? Well, you get Stonehearth of course! Which is Radiant Entertainment´s brilliant sandbox action/strategy game for PC (and hopefully, MAC and Linux too). I just heard that the game got thumbs up on Steam Greenlight, so i just thought that i would tell you guys about it.
Cuz something tells me that Stonehearth will become something really big in the near future. So keep an eye (or two) open for it!
"Stonehearth is a game about exploration and survival in an epic fantasy setting. Your job is to help a small group of settlers survive and carve out a place for themselves in a hostile land.
You’ll need to establish a food supply, build shelter, defend your people, and find a way to grow and expand, facing challenges at every step. Starting from procedurally generated terrain with dynamic AI encounters, Stonehearth combines city sim and good old combat with infinite building possibilities.
It’s built to be moddable at every level, from your city, to the people and creatures inhabiting the world, and will ship with the tools and documentation for you to add your own customizations to the game, and share them with friends."

I can´t really say that i was a huge fan of dogeball back in the days (high school). Cuz people always aimed to hit you in the face (or in the groin). So for me it was just a very painfull experience. But i don´t have to worry about that in 82 Apps action/sport game "Robot Roller-Derby Disco Dodgeball" (for PC, MAC and Linux).
Because it´s of course a video game. But you also play as robots (disco robots?). So i won´t be the one suffering this time, at least not irl. Anyhow, Robot Roller-Derby Disco Dodgeball are now on Steam Greenlight. So if it´s your kind of game, then show it some love!
About Robot Roller-Derby Disco Dodgeball:
"Disco Dodgeball is a first-person dodgeball game set in skate park / dance club arenas with jet-powered robots and a monster truck announcer. It's also one of the most insanely fun multiplayer experiences you've ever had. The game combines skillful projectile warfare and fast, fluid motion. Launch yourself off ramps, catch dodgeballs in mid-air, and dunk them down upon the opposing team.
Master several special skill shots - like rebounds, alley-oops, and long-distance aerial kills - for extra points and bragging rights. Each combat arena is a multi-level, neon-drenched playground with a ton of ramps and jumps that allow you to fly around at will. Bright laser lights pulse to the amazing electronic soundtrack and create an intense audiovisual experience."
And the sound effects and music are nothing more than pure torture for your ears. I honestly have no idea why people play this game when there´s like, 1 million times better F2P mmorpg games out there.
So no, im not going to waste anymore of my time on this garbage..

I have seen a lot of new space games over the last couple of years. But Space Enigma Studios space RTS/simulator game "Space Pioneer". Seems to be the most authentic and advanced space game to date. In fact, Space Pioneer are made by real astronauts, scientists and architects.
But all this comes at a price of course. And the price tag (in this case) would be set at $150,000 on Kickstarter. And that goal has be reached within 46 days from now. Things has started off rather well for Space Pioneer though.
Because the game has allready collected over $16,000. So who knows? Space Pioneer might actually happen. In 46 days, we will know for sure!
"Our team consists of world famous astronauts, engineers, designers, programmers, artists and architects who allow us to construct a game that will be the most accurate virtual representation of our universe to date. Space Pioneer aims to be a game that is uncompromisingly entertaining and educational.
Our game chiefly focuses on interstellar exploration; it is based on images and resources from the Hubble telescope, ESA/NASA, and numerous well known observatories.
The player will be able to pilot a fully customizable spaceship into the vast regions of our universe and can colonize other planets beyond our solar system. In addition, he or she can research different scientifically accurate theories to upgrade their spaceship, build vast space stations and terra-form inhospitable planets.
Our goal is to make a project that transcends the definition of being just a video game; we want to make something that mirrors the complexity of our own reality.
Our virtual interactive platform will include a vast database that contains information about humanity’s history as a civilization, as well as a humongous assortment of images and videos gleaned from our extensive cooperation with various world renowned organizations, including the Getty Museum, the Memorial Museum of Space Exploration, the European Space Agency, NASA, the Baikonur Cosmodrome Museum, the National Radio Astronomy Observatory and the Tsiolkovsky State Museum of the History of Cosmonautics.
Space Enigma Studios is asking for funding via Kickstarter because, in spite of all these wonderful people that we are working with – our team simply lacks the necessary funds to realize the ambitions of our studio. Help get the word out on our project – you can talk about it via a social networking site (such as Facebook/twitter) or just share it with your friends.
Also, keep in mind that we are grateful for any contribution made; no matter how small it is. Our universe is somewhat of an unknown. We have more or less, researched and explored our homely little planet – but beyond earth, there are trillions of other planets, galaxies and stars that we have yet to reach.
Scientists have always stumbled onto things that they could not immediately answer, and this is especially true when it comes to our cosmos. We want you to explore these unknowns within our universe. Yuri Gagarin was the first man in Space, Neil Armstrong was the first man on the moon, and you will be the first explorer of our universe!"

I love this album!
Yesterday was something of "The night of the internet trolls" for us. But that´s sadly a part of the game. At this moment someone/somebody are abusing the ratingsystem on Youtube (giving ALL of our videos thumbs down). So i guess death threats will be the next thing that will happen to us.
But we are not going to let anyone hold us down. The road to success are very hard indeed, but now we are finally starting to get somewhere. So we ain´t going to slow down one bit, on the contrary. We shall go faster.
But enough of that. I just noticed that three of our Youtube videos has so many views that the counter has stopped at "301" views. So it shall be very interesting to see the "real" view count in the near future. Speaking of "interesting".
I just started to listen to Versa´s album "Neon EP". And it´s really, really good imo. So check it out on bandcamp boys and girls!
G.O.D´s back in biz again!
There's A really good reason behind why G.O.D hasn't played (or recorded) any new videos recently. Cuz his been waiting to get a new computer. And guess what? He receiveda new PC this week =)
So G.O.D will play and record all kinds of games now. But his first video will be part 11 of his Diablo 2 Median XL.
So, enjoy people! =)

I just heard that Red Hook Studios hardcore RPG game "Darkest Dungeon" will come to both Kickstarter and Steam very soon. Cuz the Kickstarter campaing are nailed down to the 10th of February. So i bet that Darkest Dungeon will come to Steam Greenlight shortly after that.
And it seems like Red Hook Studios aim to release Darkest Dungeon sometime this year. I don´t know about you guys, but i really liked the trailer. But then again, i have always liked very dark games.
About Darkest Dungeon:
"Darkest Dungeon is a hard-core RPG about the stresses of dungeon crawling. You will lead a band of four heroes on a perilous side-scrolling descent, dealing with a prodigious number of threats to their bodily health, and worse, a relentless assault on their mental fortitude!
Five hundred feet below the earth you will not only fight unimaginable foes, but famine, disease, and the stress of the ever-encroaching dark. Darkest Dungeon focuses on the humanity and psychological vulnerability of the heroes and asks: What emotional toll does a life of adventure take? Darkest Dungeon is not a game where every hero wins the day with shiny armor and a smile. It is a game about hard trade-offs, nearly certain demise, and heroic acts. Prepare to experience an RPG like nothing you have played before."
BF4 are some what patched up now days (so i have heard).
I can´t say that i have played that much BF4 lately (mainly due all the bug and crash problems). But i hope to start playing BF4 asap! Anyhow, i got to know "itsRizzYy" via Twitter last night. And that dude sure plays BF4 quite a lot.
I also have to admit that i liked his "Battlefield 4 PubStyle" video. So i decided to tell you guys about it ;) So, enjoy!
The Wii-U has become something of a Dreamcast 2.0.
I think it´s about time that Nintendo crawls to the cross and admits the failure of the Wii-U. Cuz let´s face it. Everyone is talking about it. The video game media, the industry, the retailers and the players (consumers). Just about everyone understands that the Wii-U are a big failure, except Nintendo themselves.
Me, i was very sceptical from the very start. Especially due the fact that Nintendo once again chosed to make the least powerfull console on the market. I mean, what´s the point of releaseing a console that´s based on technology that was the shit back in 2006-2007?
That´s just stupidity beyond my understanding. And thanks to this stupid decision. Nintendo will have no chooise but to abandon the Wii-U, admit failure, suck it up and move on with a new console. Because that´s THE only way that Nintendo can turn the tables around.
Because they can´t stick to a console that´s dieing. Even the developers are leaving the sinking Wii-U ship. So i actually believe that the roumers about a new Nintendo console (nextgen) are true. Cuz that´s the only way that Nintendo can survive on the console market.
But what do you guys think? Have Nintendo really been working on a new Nintendo console since last year?
“Almost certainly off-topic, but I don’t quite want to make a new thread, because it would go to shit quickly. Also, I’d need to post a source, and I don’t really want to get people in trouble.
Anyway, Nintendo apparently started working on a new platform in early 2013 and has already selected a vendor for the SoC after talking to several potential candidates. The SoC might be based on an existing design, but will be changed to fit Nintendo’s requirements. I assume it’s for their next handheld, though.” - NeoGAF user wsippel
If there is one cartoon show that i really love. Then it´s the original Transformers show (1984-1987). Infact, i loved Transformers so much, that i used to record all the tv-episodes on our old VHS player back in the days (early Saturday mornings).
But over the years, Transformers got transformed into something "else". And i don´t even want to comment Michael Bay´s shitty Transformers movies. No, im just going to remember the golden years in the 80s.
Cuz that was when the Transformers show was the very best imo. Speaking of which. I just heard about Optimus Prime´s (AKA "O-Prime") album "Valley Madness E.P" (it´s yours for 7 bucks via bandcamp). And i tell you what.
That´s one hell of a epic rap/hip hop album. So if you like Transformers and hip hop. Then don´t miss out on this one!
"This is the one and only Prime in the central valley, O.Prime. Hip-hop is allegorically represented as a unique and intrinsically sounding sub-culture that is now prodigiously displayed as a universal movement."
